Our company was born in 1972 as a family-run business based in the province of Bergamo. In 2013, to expand our market share and diversify the sectors in which we operate, we acquired O.M.P. Unipersonale, a leading company in the world of valves. From the synergy between the two companies, the Automotive and Oil&Gas divisions were created.

Our history stems from the passion for precision mechanics and the desire to provide our customers with products and services of the highest quality. We know how to manage all the mechanical processing and thermal / galvanic / decorative treatments required to deliver a finished and complete product to our customer. We aim at continuous improvement (ISO 9001), our processes are increasingly technologically advanced (Industry 4.0), our choices are increasingly eco-sustainable (Green Energy). This is how we want to be: constantly growing.
