Since 1950 Caffè Haiti Roma has been working in the field of High Quality Espresso coffee, achieving the Integrated DQS Certification (ISO 9001 - ISO 14001- ISO 45001). It is also certified Organic by ICEA (no. G1993) and FAIRTRADE (FLO ID23810).

Starting from the concept of a perfect Espresso Caffè Haiti Roma has developed, implemented and improved a production process along many years of experience and passionate research. In this exclusive system, it is only throught the careful direction of each processing stage that such high quality standard can be achieved. An accurate selection of green coffees is the first essential step to obtain a perfect Caffè Espresso Haiti Roma; the different "Origins" are roasted separately and then blended together with a process that maximises their flavour, aroma and quality. These blends are processed with patience until they are ready for the last phase of this extraordinary tansformation process: a long journey through the world of Taste and Smell, from remote coffee plantations to our "delight in the cup".

The natural consequence of the continuous focus on quality in all the aspects of the working process, has made it possible for Caffè Haiti Roma to propose coffee coming from plantations in total harmony with the environment, where natural growing practices make no use of harmful substance for both the individual and environment, and help maintaining the balance of the ecosystem. The outcome of this research is BioCaffè, a 100% certified Organic and Fairtrade coffee Line.
