The production plant and the sales point are located in Sala Consilina (SA) in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. We are specialized in the production and sale (retail and wholesale) of cheeses derived from cow's milk, as per the tradition of our land. The counter of our store offers a vast assortment of fresh products: mozzarella, fior di latte, caciocavalli, fresh ricotta and scamorze.The Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, made by processing buffalo milk from Salerno, contributes to enriching our dairy production. We also produce a wide range of products for pizzerias, restaurants and catering.
